Starting from the 2nd position for the race, the only one for Initiation today, Xavier L\u00e1zaro fiercely contested the victory with Martim Gomes throughout the race. Martim Gomes capitalized on a better engine in the faster sections of the track, while L\u00e1zaro was more efficient in the twisty parts of the circuit.
