Xavier Lázaro was the strongest on the track today during the unofficial free practice sessions for the penultimate stage of the Portuguese Karting Championship KIA at the International Kartodrome of Braga. In the Birel/Honda of the Initiation category, Xavier Lázaro proved to be quite comfortable on the track, consistently topping the time charts. His best lap on the Minho circuit was recorded at 1m32.975.
“Estou-me a sentir bem no kart e a preparar melhor este fim de semana, muito importante para mim”, said Xavier Lázaro at the end of the day.
It is important to mention that this weekend's race could solidify the approach to the title in the Initiation category if the driver wins one of Sunday's decisive races (Pre-Final or Final).
